The southern rock outfit led by Chris and Rich Robinson has been around since 1984. But it was the 90s that delivered the band their era when they came out with the enigmatic Shake Your Money Maker. The album spawned mega hits like “Hard to Handle,” “She Talks to Angels,” “Jealous Again,” and tons more - creating a groundbreaking mark with retro style rock in a grunge alternative dominated era. The band went on to release several more successful albums and consistently placed singles on the Mainstream Rock charts, with several number 1 hits.
East Texas born sensation Whiskey Myers found immense success in 2011 with their sophomore album Firewater. The 2011 effort broke into the Billboard charts and sold over half a million copies, earning the band its first gold certification. In 2019, the band released their self titled fifth album and soared to number 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and Top Independent Albums chart. A fixture on the Southern rock scene, Whiskey Myers continues to bring in fans from far and wide and sell out shows across North America.
In 2021, Southall released “Rose Gold,” spawned from their album For the Birds. The effort is their first release under an independent label Smoklahoma. It follows their two self released albums Six String Sorrow and Borrowed Time. In 2023, Southall released their self titled fourth effort.
