Smashing Pumpkins emerged onto the alternative rock scene in 1988, their unique sound became pioneering for the 1990's, highlighting on genre's such as Grunge, shoegazing and heavy metal. Smashing Pumpkins were the talk of the town, their anthemic hits have sold more than 18.3 million albums in the United States alone! And for most 90's kids, have become such a big part of their teenage years and fitted well with being rebellious. Perfect for any one who wants to let off some steam, their songs like 'Tonight, Tonight' is like a calm before the storm.

Marilyn Manson is a glam metal rock band, formed by lead singer Marilyn Manson (Brian Hugh Warner) and guitarist Daisy Berkowitz (Scott Putesky). They band are known for their gothic and shocking image which over time became groundbreaking and changed the alternative rock scene forever. Marilyn Manson was inspired by horror comics, TV shows and movies and decided to create alter ego stage names for every single member of the band. The name's were created by the first name of a famous celebrity and the second name of a serial killer, fitting well with the entire band's look and style. Marilyn Manson had established himself in the 1990's – early 2000's for his controversial characteristics and media manipulation, songs such as "Personal Jesus" most certainly turned heads and rocketed him into worldwide fame.
